30 days, no questions

If you bought it and it was not what you expected, write to support@deftnib.com within 30 days and you get your money back. You do not have to explain why. You can tell me anyway, because it helps, but it is not a condition of anything.

How it works

The refund is processed by LemonSqueezy, the merchant of record, and goes back to the same payment method. It usually takes a few business days depending on your bank. On refund the license is deactivated: it cannot be activated on a new Mac, and the app goes back to the free plan with every feature intact.

A team pack is refunded as a whole, within the same 30 days: the order is refunded and every seat it issued is deactivated, together with the admin key if it came with that order. Seats bought later for the same team are separate orders with their own 30 days.

If you dispute the charge with your bank instead of writing to us, LemonSqueezy handles the chargeback, and the license is deactivated the same way. Writing first is faster for everyone.

Before you buy

I would rather you never got here. That is what the free plan is for: 4,000 words a week, with every feature, no account and no expiry. Use it as long as you like before deciding. The license is for when dictating is already part of your day.
