30 days, no questions

If you bought it and it was not what you expected, write to support@deftnib.com within 30 days and you get your money back. You do not have to explain why. You can tell me anyway, because it helps, but it is not a condition of anything.

How it works

The refund is processed by LemonSqueezy, the merchant of record, and goes back to the same payment method. It usually takes a few business days depending on your bank. On refund the license is deactivated: it cannot be activated on a new Mac, and the app goes back to the free plan with every feature intact.

Before you buy

I would rather you never got here. That is what the free plan is for: 4,000 words a week, with every feature, no account and no expiry. Use it as long as you like before deciding. The license is for when dictating is already part of your day.
